Prospective tenants can secure a position on the official waiting list by submitting the New York Towers on-line rental application. Qualified applicants are placed on the waiting list in the order in which they are approved. Approximately one month before the completion of construction, prospective tenants will be contacted and shown apartments. At that time, interested parties may pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the apartment of their choice.
